Q. Can www.indianfreshflowers.com makes the delivery on the same day if it is past 1400 hours IST, or what does express Delivery mean?

Ans: Yes, it is possible. But we cannot guarantee the delivery on the same day. We offer Express Delivery service if the delivery is to be made in Delhi and NCR. There are no extra charges for Express Delivery. Also, you are only charged if the delivery is made. We take orders for Express delivery till 1600 Hours IST.

Q. Can I send something along with flowers?

Q. How can I know if my order has been received by you?

Ans: Immediately after your order has been received; we send a confirmation mail on the e-mail id provided by you. Also, there is a "Track Your Order" section where the status of your order is updated from time to time, you can check the status of your order there.

Q. What can be done if I have got the order confirmation mail but the payment confirmation mail is still pending?

Ans: An e-mail is sent after Credit Card Authorization is done and the same is updated on the "Track Your Order" section. This may take a few minutes. if the credit card is not verified in the tracking section and you have not received any mail from our side, you can click on " Pay Now" to complete the process. Q. Can I get assistance in deciding what to send?

Ans: The order is delivered on the same day as mentioned by you, but we cannot specify the time of the delivery. In case you want the order to be delivered at some fixed time, please mention it in your order information. Our staff will try its level best to meet your requirements.

Q.What if there is no recipient to accept the delivery?

Ans: In case there is nobody to take the delivery at the specified address; the order will be handed over to the neighbors (If they are ready to accept it on your behalf).

Ans: Flowers are hand delivered by the local florist in the respective cities and a stringent guidelines and standard are maintained to ensure that the flowers are fresh and are up to the standard.

Q.How long can I expect my Flowers to last? How can I best care for my flowers?

Ans: Flowers require specific types of care in regards to amounts of water, need for fertilizer etc. you can keep your flowers fresh and long lasting, change or add water daily. Re-Cut the end of flower stem under flower. You may also add a floral preservative to maximize the freshness and life of your flowers. Keep your flowers in comfortable room temperature, proper watering. Give them proper Air temperature, Water, Re-potting, Fertilizing. With this proper care flowers are expected to last for approximately 4-5 days. But due to the perishable nature we can not give the Guarantee for life of the flowers.

Just a little extra care or extra effort can make a big difference. We have mentioned below some specific tips to keep your flowers looking beautiful:

Most floral arrangements last from 4 to 7 days, depending on the type of flowers used and the type of care they receive.

For floral arrangements: Keep the vase filled or floral foam soaked with water containing a flower food. If the flower food solution becomes cloudy, replace it entirely. If possible, recut stems by removing one to two inches with a sharp knife. Use warm water when adding water to the vase or refilling it.

Keep flowers in a cool spot (65 to 72 degrees Fahrenheit), away from direct sunlight. Avoid heating or cooling vents, areas directly under ceiling fans, or on top of televisions or radiators. Appliances such as televisions and radiators give off heat, causing the flowers to quickly dehydrate.

For boxed flowers or loose wrapped bunches: If you can't get your flowers into a water and flower food solution right away, keep them in a cool place. Fill a clean, deep vase with water and add the flower food, following the directions on the package.

For all arrangements: Remove any leaves that will be below the waterline. Leaves in the water will promote bacterial growth, causing the flowers to wilt quickly.
